She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille and Jack; her former husband William Henry Kelly Jr.; her granddaughter Caitlin Howie; and her brothers, Bobby and Billy Jack.
She is survived by: her husband William "Dub" Kelly, Jr.; her children, Debra Kelly-Ennis (Joe Nestic), Kathy Howie of Friendswood, Texas and William Henry Kelly III of San Sebastián, Spain; her grandchildren, Ellen and Patrick Kelly Fernandez; and her brother Don Herbert Rhodes (Linda Rhodes) of Mineloa.
