He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lazzaro and Camilla Lazzaro; his brother Michael James Lazzaro; his grandparents, Anna and John; his godparents, Nancy and Tony Boss; and his cousins, Camilla Salvaggio and Rudy Miculka.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Sophia Rei Lazzaro; his wife Marita; his children, Marie (Nigel), Nicholas (Jane) and Christine; his sister Virginia Moore (Don); his nephews, John Moore (Kimberlee) and Frank Moore (Summer); his godchildren, Jessica Visintainer and Stephen Baranoski; and his siblings-in-law, Madelon Baranoski (Robert), Ferdi Visintainer (Mary), Paul Visintainer (Beth) and Mariann Miller (Tony). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
