It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Silva Manha of Webster, Texas, born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cayrl Williams and Dorothy Williams; her siblings, Charles, Gorden, Raymond, Augustus and Norma; and her son Richard (Vaughn Silva).
She is survived by: her husband Bill Manha of Texas; her children, Robert of Texas, Mark of Tennessee and Sharon of Nevada; and her cousin Norma of Nevada. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
