He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Kaye Sutton; and his daughters, Emily Sutton Arbuckle and Kate Sutton Shimek.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations of any type be made to M.I. Lewis Service Center or to the First United Methodist Church in Richard's honor.
