He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Leggett and Martha Cecelia Leggett; and his brother James Arthur Leggett. He is survived by: his wife Becky Leggett; his children, Angela Leggett, Shawn McCracken (Barbara) and William Shannon Moore; his siblings, Judy Miller and Kenneth Leggett (Ann); and his grandsons, Ayden and Liam McCracken. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
