He is survived by: his wife Betty Kaye Floyd Arnold; his children, David Ray Arnold, Cynthia Kaye Arnold Smith and Stacey Diane Arnold Green; his children-in-law, Roger Smith, James Green and Pam Arnold; his grandchildren, Warren Smith (Haley Smith), Wesley Smith, Lindsey Green and Jack Green; and his great grandchild Robyn Smith.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (111 W. Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598). A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
