She was predeceased by: her husband Noel Carstens; and her father Vincent Ward. She is survived by: her mother Anne Ward; her children, Steven Carstens, Kate Yarbrough and Angela Carstens; her grandchildren, Dillon and Nicole Yarbrough; and her siblings, Linda Ward, Bryce Ward and Mark Ward. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
