He is survived by: his parents, Maximiliano Galvan and Rosa Elia Galvan; his grandchild Spongebob; his wife Rosalinda Galvan; his children, Rosaelia Galvan, Oscar Galvan Jr. and Claudia Galvan; his grandchildren, Maddox Galvan and Sophia Galvan; and his siblings, Max Galvan III, Efrain Galvan, Gerardo Galvan, Gustavo Galvan, Diana Galvan-Olivares, Dulce Galvan-Marines, Anna Galvan, Martha Galvan and Uriel Olivares (Hector Marines).
