He is survived by: his children, Brian Alfaro (Tammie), Brittany Bowden and Brooke Arevalo (Carlo); his siblings, Linda Galaviz (Gregory), Flora Parker, Teresa Guidry and Pete Gonzales; his grandsons, Brandon Bowden, Blake Alfaro and Mason Alfaro; and his stepgrandchildren, Stryker and Slade Donaldson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
