We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Nieva Barrs (Webster, Texas). Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Nieva Barrs to show support.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Theodore Roosevelt Barrs Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Evi, Philippines, Mariano Icasiano, Concepcion Manalac Icasiano, Ray, Ted, Chuck, Maria Lynn, James, Hilda Icasiana, Patricia, Greg, Cecilia, Michael, Teresa and Fred; her siblings, Maria Redhouse of Tucson, AZ and Pacifico Icasiano of Sacramento, CA. V; and also, Evi and Fred.

She asked that rather than flowers, donations be made to help build tiny memorial chapels in the Philippines. (Salesian Missions Memorial Chapel Dept., 2 LeFevre Lane, New Rochelle, NY 10801 salesianmissions.org.
