We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2022, at the age of 86, Nancy Ruth Harper in Webster, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Brower and Calvin Brower; and her husband Henry S. Harper. She is survived by: her children, Richard Harper of League City and Deborah Brannan (Bubba) of Dickinson, TX; her granddaughter Chelsea Harper; and her great grandchild Autumn.
