He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Anthony Lizik and Elise Brewer Lizik; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Schultz. He is survived by: his son Robert Lizik; his wife Denise; his daughter Dana; and his pets, Foxy, Tundra, Daisy and Dodger.
