She was predeceased by: her parents, Roque Garza and Beatrice Garza; her husband Celestino Monreal Sr.; her sister Rita Hernandez (Mexico) of Monterrey; and her stepson Guadalupe Monrrial.
She is survived by: her sister Juanita Reyna of Juarez, Mexico; her brother-in-law Reyes Hernandez of Monterrey, Mexico; her children, Celestino Monreal Jr. (RC) of Houston, Hilario Monreal (Mary) of El Paso, Beatrice McDonald (Michael) of Houston, Sammy Monreal (Randy) of San Antonio and Sandra Lisboa (Peter) of Chicago; and her sister-in-law Carmen Monreal. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
