Polk of Dallas; her daughter-in-law Sandra Jackson of Arizona; her niece Lisa; her great-niece Paige Sherrod; her niece Monica Hervey (Ray) of Tyler; her nephews, Ricky James (Stephanie) of California and Stanley Polk (Toni) of Dallas; and also Alayah Michelle Allen.
