He is survived by: his caregiver Connie; his son Johnny Jr. (Marylou); his grandchildren, Juan III, Christina, Monique and Alexia; his children, Rob and Monica (Nathan); his grandchildren, Faith and Eli; his daughter Crystal; his grandchild Jordan; his brother Carlos (Juanita); his former wife Gloria; and his nieces and nephews, Veronica, Michelle, Vincent and Joe.
