He was predeceased by: his parents, Encarnacion Delgado and Rosalia Elizardo; and his siblings, Miguel Delgado and Ramona Delgado. He is survived by: his wife Elvira Delgado of League City; and his sister Amelia Delgado (Refugia Delgado). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins and other extended family.
