He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dow McClain and Tishie Avie Sides McClain. He is survived by: his children, Lee McClain (Angela) of Nocona, Sue Shell of Ruther Glen, VA and Fonda Dare (Jerry) of Friendswood; his wife Jackie McClain of Webster; his pet Sassy; his children, James (Sherry) of Kingwood and Lisa of Orange; and his sister Mary Cochran of Porter. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
