He was predeceased by: his son Ryan; his parents, Cyril Connors and Jennie Connors; and his brothers, William Connors and Jack Connors.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kimberly, Timothy and Jason (Maria); his stepchildren, Richard Matthews, Jr. (Fran) and Deborah Matthews; his daughter-in-law Meg Connors; his grandchildren, Brittany (Kevin), Kaleigh, Ryan, Karina, Caroline, Alyssa, Heather (Mike) and Nick; his great grandchildren, Cody, Madilyn, Jameson and Jack; his nieces, Debbie Fein (Phillip) and Sharon Hart (Kevin); his nephew Michael Connors (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Connors and Bobbie Connors.
