Elia left this world on January 17, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her husband Jesus Montemayor Garza Sr.; her children, Guadalupe Fernandez, Maria Verduzco, San Juanita Martinez, Jesus M. Garza Jr. and Jaime Garza; her children-in-law, Gerardo Fernandez, Jose Luis Verduzco, Julian Martinez, Claudia Garza and Maria Enriqueta Garza; her great great grandchild Mialani A. Guzman; and her grandson Miguel Angel Fernandez. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home & Cemetery (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the same location.
