She is survived by: her husband Hubert Chapman; her children, Kevin Chapman (Ann VonDerAu Chapman), Trina Chapman, Kerwin Chapman and Tricia Cheney (Chris Cheney); her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kain, Izaria, Elizabeth, Charles and Lillian; her granddaughter-in-law Josephina; her pets, Foxy, Cali and Kara; and also Chase.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter in Dorothy's honor, as a tribute to her love for animals.
