Donald Halter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2023, at the age of 90, Donald Halter in Webster, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Blanton Halter; his children, Susan Halter O'Keeffe and Donald A Halter; his sisters, Patricia Hughes and Josephine Boda; and his grandchildren, Connor O'Keeffe, AbbyJane O'Keeffe, Aidan Halter, Evan Halter and Brendan Halter. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, friends.
