He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eugene and Ruth Tadlock; and his children, Amy Katherine and Bradley Scott. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Goodman Tadlock; his daughter Bethany Woodard; his son-in-law Michael Woodard; his granddaughter Ariana Woodard; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Tadlock; his grandchildren-in-law, Amber Charalampous, Tanner Charalampous and Sterling Holley; and his sister Bettie Chaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
