She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earp and Jennie Earp; her sisters, Mildred Wisdom (Aunt Maude) and Phyllis Elmer; and her aunt Vernell McCall (Aunt Nell).
She is survived by: her husband James Howe; her daughter Kelly Wullschleger (John); her granddaughter Bria Wullschleger; her son Todd Fulks (Shellie); her grandson Robert Fulks (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Skylar, Parker and Ryker; her grandson Trevor Fulks; and her stepchildren, Tina Shore, Tim Howe, Toni Morrison and Traci Scheafnocker.
