She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles G. Partin and Sarah Elizabeth Partin. She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Raines; her husband William Lawrence Raines; her son William Gene Raines (Joyce); her siblings, Dovie Wren (Partin), Floyd Partin, Bea Elkins (Partin), Lee Stahnke (Partin), Jay Partin, Cecil Partin and Bill Partin; her grandchildren, William Gene Raines Jr., Clarence Matthew Raines and Caroline Sarah Raines; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob, Gavin, Bryce, Kegan, Kyris, Abigail Raines, Shawn Avery and Amari Guillory. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crowder Funeral Home (1645 E Main St, League City, TX 77573). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church – Texas City (10000 Emmett F Lowry Expy Suite 2000, Texas City, TX 77591).
