He is survived by: his significant other Mollie Barnes; his children, Lisa Arnold (Mark), Kimberly Boxx and Keith Boxx (Heather); his grandsons, Michael Arnold (Holly) and Andrew Arnold; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Arnold and Elliott Arnold; and his former wife Betty Boxx. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
