She was predeceased by: her husband Fray Billings; and her daughter Dianne Hopson. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Webb and Steven Billings (Regina); her son-in-law Clint Hopson; her grandchildren, Johnathon Webb (Hindra), Jill Sanders (Roger), Amanda Braxton (Leon) and Lucas Hopson; and her great grandchildren, Angel Ramber, Kimberly Ramber, Morgan Ramber and Micah Braxton. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Park East Funeral Home (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Park East Cemetery (21620 Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX 77598).
