He is survived by: his wife Berta Eckermann; his daughters, Kristen Brittain (Darren) and Kendra Lyon (Billy); his grandchildren, Alexanne Nejad, Allison Brittain and Brayden Lyon; his sister Joyce; his brother-in-law Carl Bridges; his brother Lawrence; his sister-in-law Marsha Eckermann; his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Karen Eckermann; his brother Alfred Jr. (Buck); his sister-in-law Sue Eckermann; his brother Arlie; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Eckermann. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; 20 nieces and nephews; 25 great nieces and nephews, several great-great nieces and nephews, along with numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
