He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ann Boyle. He is survived by: his father William Floyd Prater, Sr.; and his siblings, Beth Martin, Tim Prater and Tom Prater.

In lieu of flowers, make a memorial donation in Bill's name to the American Diabetes Association.
