He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Low (Regian); and his sister Debra Low. He is survived by: his father Buster Low; his wife Deborah Low of Weatherford, Texas; his children, Angela Feltner (Michael) and Michael Low (Felecia); his grandchildren, Robert Low, Samantha Low, Phillip Low and Sevina Low; his great grandchildren, Lucas Low and Deborah Low; and his brother Carlton Dayne Low (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086). The military honors was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
