She was predeceased by: her father Howard Gene Smith; her brother Edward Gene Smith; her grandparents, Emerson Floy Smith, Pamela Blanche Smith, Edward L. Harris and Velma Mae Harris; and her grandson Joshua Tate Burleson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Melody), Stephanie (David) and Amanda; her grandchildren, Chelsey Crowson, Jaylyn Brown, Nick Brown, Trenton Brown, Maelee Blew and Megan Odom; her mother Joy Dene Smith (Harris); her sisters, Julie Ann Smith-Walden (Larry) and Kristi Gaylene Smith-Smith (Noal); and her friend Carl O'Bannon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Memory Gardens (5600 Mineral Wells Hwy, Weatherford, TX 76088).
