She is survived by: her husband Trent Mize; her children, Stephani Jewell and Todd Jewell (Jessica); her stepsons, Troy Mize (Melissa) and Drew Mize (Sarah); her grandsons, Grayson Jewell and Will Mize; and her brother Travis Irons (Patty). She is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made, in her name, to the Parker County Center of Hope, 1318 Clear Lake Road, Weatherford, TX 76086.
