She is survived by: her husband Vince Hash of Brock, Texas; her children, Susan Clark (Kendall), Patty Leek (Wayne), Brandi Merrell (Clay) and Lauren Womble (Austin); her grandchildren, E. J. Hodges, Jake Merrell, Garrett Leek, Jessica Leek, Kalen Clark, Vivian Womble and Tess Womble; her great grandchildren, Levi Hodges, Merrell Hodges and Ryder Hodges; and her brother Ronnie Smith.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086).
