She is survived by: her boyfriend Darrell Johnson; her daughters, Rene Burkhalter and Jodi Bensmiller (Clay); her grandchildren, John Thomas Larkin (Emily), Kelsey Horton, Quinton Gillum (Ciara), Taylor Smith, Karley Horton and Caleb Smith; and her great grandchildren, Paige Larkin, Gage Larkin and Charlie Gillum.
