She is survived by: her husband William Rex Holt of Weatherford, Texas; her siblings, Kandis Renee Sledge of Tunica, Mississippi and Tim Puckett of Hernando, Mississippi.; her children, John Mawuli Holt (Anne) of Aledo, Texas, Sarah Kafui Kappen (William) and Rebekah Mawumenyo Acker (Nicholas) of Ventura, California; and her grandchildren, Madeline Delali Holt, Zoe Mawulolo Acker, William Wyatt Holt, Sophie Elise Holt, Liam Esse Acker and Baxley Boz Acker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Le Pont International in Sherry's honor.
