He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blair and Anita Blair (Chapman); and his nephew Trey Wright. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Williams Blair; his sisters, Linda Blair Olson and Gail Blair; his sons, Rowdy Blair (Denise), Tye Wickline (Sabrina) and Randy Blair (Audrey); and his nephew Chris Grant. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
