He was predeceased by: his son Donald Piantanida. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl J. Miner of Weatherford, Texas; his daughters, Debbie Wall (Greg Schweizer) and Stacy; his son-in-law Brent Wilburn; his son Rodney, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Shelley Miner; his grandchildren, Chase Brickey, Chaley Sims, Meagan Plowman, Cayden Wall, Kaylee Miner and Cruz Wilburn; and his siblings, Margaret Secrest, Susan Reed, Marilyn Statum, Glenn Miner and Julie Zehner.
