He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Howard and Louise Howard; his wife Martha Howard; his former wife Judy Howard; his brother James Howard (Betty); and his granddaughter Baby Amanda Page.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard; his sister Carol Howard Freeman; his children, Kevin Howard of Weatherford, Shelley Howard Leach (Tony) of Mineral Wells, Donald Page, Howard Page (Linda), Dennis Page (Diane), Jeff Ragland (Julie) and Jill Powers (John); and his sister-in-law Linda Saxton (Reg). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White's Chapel of Memories (130 Houston Ave, Weatherford, TX 76086). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ralls Cemetery.
