He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald and Ruby; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his spouse Ellen of Weatherford, Texas; his sister Janet Prosser (Rod) of Olney, IL; his children, Curtis (Christi), Chris (Robin), Philip (Amanda), Erin (Joe) and Casey; and his niece Janilyn (Rodney). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and two great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
