He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his son Michael Todd Riggs; his stepson Jeffery Pundsack (Carrie); his stepgrandchildren, Jacy Pundsack, Ashley Lobdell and Cody Lobdell; his stepdaughter Jennifer Rykowski (Mark); and his sisters, Joyce Beene (Leroy) and Jan Rue (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
