She was predeceased by: her parents, Sibyl Wallis and Lonnie Elden Wallis; her son Rodney Manning Phelan; and her brother-in-law Lee Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Talton Campbell; her daughter Randa Kirk (Chance); her brothers, Lonnie Wallis (Kathryn) and Danny Wallis (Patti); her nieces and nephews, Becky McCarty (Joe Harris), Michelle Wallis (Boone Tyree), Amy Bentley, Natalie, Madeline, Adysson Phipps, Jeff Wallis, Robert Wallis (Saesha), Kyle and Rocco Phipps; her mother-in-law Donna Steed; and her sister-in-law Missy Phipps. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and eleven great-great nieces and nephews.
