She was predeceased by: her daughter Robin Coburn Blue; her parents, Juanita Martin and James A. Nichols; her grandson Mark Messimer; her son-in-law Terry Clary; her husband Lee Sweet Jr.; her brothers, Donnie Nichols, Ronnie Nichols, James L. Nichols and Michael "Spanky" Nichols; her grandparents, Frances N. Hall (Mama Dude) and Rufus Hall (Daddy Dude); and her cousin Joe James Whitehead.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Messimer (Mike), Vicki Craig (Rickey), Cindy Clary and Anita Martin (Marion Smith); her stepdaughter Dori Coburn Moody; and her sons, Randall Coburn II (Tonya) and Rusty Martin. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
