She is survived by: her parents, Maybelle Lynn Cremeen (David Smith) and Jimmy Richard Cremeen (Linda Cremeen); her husband Dennis Tollett; her children, Colton Tollett (Kristin) and Chelsea Ortega (Logan); her grandchildren, Ezekiel Ortega of Weatherford, Priscilla Ortega of Weatherford and Abigail Tollett of Weatherford; her sister Lisa Simons (Terry) of Palo Pinto; her mother-in-law Wilma Tollett of Weatherford; her sister-in-law Debbie Lee (Terry) of Brock; and her grandmother Joann Windom of Fort Worth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
