He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. Campbell; his sister Rhonda Campbell; and his stepfather John Steed. He is survived by: his mother Donna Steed of Weatherford; his siblings, Talton (Marie Campbell) of Weatherford, Missy Phipps of Flower Mound and Stacy Garner of Longview; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Sanders, Randa Kirk, Amy Bentley, Natalie, Madeline, Adysson Phipps, Kyle and Rocco Phipps. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Ally's Wish (allyswish.org) in Lee's memory, reflecting his generous spirit and his dedication to making the world a better place.
