He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Wells and Pauline Wells; his brother Roger Malone; and his brother-in-law TJ Phillips Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Amy Wells and William Wells; his granddaughter Olivia Turner; his siblings, Janice Phillips, Paula Soultaire (Dana) and Gary Wells; his uncle Hugh D. Wells; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Phillips, Roger Phillips, Todd Phillips, Jeffrey Soultaire, Paula Cochran and Marlena Soultaire. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
