She was predeceased by: her father Robert Stokes. She is survived by: her mother LaVonne Stokes; her husband Michael Hess Talbot; her sons, Matthew Hess Talbot (Autumn), Colin Michael Talbot (Jessica) and Devin Robert Talbot (Marjorie); her siblings, Laurie Stokes-Bell (Don), Michael Stokes (Kim), David Stokes (Vicki) and Mark Stokes; and her close friend Sara Guerra (Mike). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Judi's wishes would be that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org) in her memory or to the Lost Pines Elementary School of Bastrop Independent School District in Bastrop, Texas.
