He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Buddy" Moore and Rosa Lee Sims Moore; and his brother Duane Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Young Moore; his children, Charles Moore (Rose), Angela Ashby (Chris), Steven Harper, Billy Moore, Chris Harper (Jodi) and Shauna Moore; and his siblings, Ronnie Moore (Elaine) and Peggy Griffith. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and even a few great grandchildren.
