He is survived by: his wife Leona April Achtyl; his daughters, Theresa Hubbard (Robert) and Alice Gillham (Michael); his grandchildren, Katherine, Samantha, Megan, Thomas and Makayla; and his siblings, Anthony Achtyl, Barbara Bernat and Mary Jane Pszczolkowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
