Though Jo Anne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Moyers and Ruby Moyers; and her daughter Joan Elaine Gathright (Scott). She is survived by: her husband Morris Marvin Scott; her son Donald Scott; and her grandchildren, Andrea Scott, Dr. Amber Benhardt (Scott), Scott Gathright and Leigh Anna Bopp (Gathright).
