He was predeceased by: his wife Scarlette Harper. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Harper and Delores Harper; his children, Eric Harper (Karen) of Nacogdoches and Ashley Sims (Brian) of Rockport Texas; and his siblings, Bruce Harper and Teresa Billiott (David) of Nacogdoches. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
