He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Graham and Leotta Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Diana Graham of Weatherford, Texas; his daughter Jamie Graham; his siblings, Barbara Warnke of Brownsville, Texas and Timothy Graham; his sister-in-law Cleo of Abilene, Texas; his niece Tanya Miracle; and his nephews, James Graham and Michael Warnke.

Flowers are welcome or contributions may be made to either the South Main Church of Christ or Dilbeck Cemetery as a tribute to Jerry's memory.
